It probably means that your SoftCSA is active in decoding all - wheras mine as default isn't. Its a bigger issue on HD channels but even occurs on Softxsa.dll channels. Have you used it before? Setting packet size to Bytes in the NDSCam plugins menu is supposed to speed things up too, though whether this is relevant to your problem I can't say.
